INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups old-fashioned organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw nuts and/or seeds (I use 1 cup of mixed nuts and seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey (USA Only)
  • 1/2 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (bake).
  2. Line parchment paper on rimmed baking sheet (18x13 in or similar).
  3. Mix well oats, raw nuts, salt, cinnamon, oil, honey, vanilla.
  4. Lay mixture of the prepped tray.
  5. Insert into oven.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and mix quick, insert back.
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove and cool. At this stage it will cook still after removing.
  9. After cooled off store in airtight container.
NOTES

To process vanilla beans, slice or cut them lengthwise, remove inside of the bean. That is vanilla flavor.
