  • 1 Bagel Sliced in Half or a Slice of Bread
  • 1 Slice of Organic Baby Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon or Less of Olive Oil

Step 1: Preheat Pan

  • Preheat cast iron pan over medium heat.

Step 2: Add Oil and Eggs

  • Add 1-2 tsp oil (butter or non-stick) to pan.
  • Crack 2 organic large eggs into pan.

Step 3: Cook Eggs

  • Cook until whites set and yolks reach desired doneness:
    • Sunny-Side Up: 2-3 minutes
    • Over-Easy: 2-3 minutes + 30-60 seconds flipped
    • Over-Medium/Over-Hard: 4-5 minutes + 1-2 minutes flipped
