INGREDIENTS
- 2 Organic Large Eggs
- 1 Bagel Sliced in Half or a Slice of Bread
- 1 Slice of Organic Baby Swiss Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon or Less of Olive Oil
- (Optional) Organic Ketchup (One Without Corn Syrup)
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat Pan
- Preheat cast iron pan over medium heat.
Step 2: Add Oil and Eggs
- Add 1-2 tsp oil (butter or non-stick) to pan.
- Crack 2 organic large eggs into pan.
Step 3: Cook Eggs
- Cook until whites set and yolks reach desired doneness:
- Sunny-Side Up: 2-3 minutes
- Over-Easy: 2-3 minutes + 30-60 seconds flipped
- Over-Medium/Over-Hard: 4-5 minutes + 1-2 minutes flipped
Step 4: Toast Bread and Assemble
- Toast bagel or bread.
- Top with slice of organic baby Swiss cheese.
- Place cooked eggs on top.
Step 5: Season and Serve
- Season with salt and pepper.

NOTES
Preheat pan properly for even cooking. Adjust heat to prevent burning. Cook eggs with olive oil and little bit of butter.
